Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo

The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo wine is obtained from the Montepulciano grapes by using a particular winemaking technique, that is limiting the fermentation time with the skins to a few hours, or through a "white" winemaking. It is an ancient technique  widespread all over the Abruzzi that constantly developed while remaining deeply bound to traditions
