The operators marked with this logo are Restaurants joining the Project entitled "Progetto Ristoranti Custodi" (Keeper Restaurants Project) proposed by the Park Authority. By joining the project the restaurants commit themselves to get a big part of the supplies they need from the Park's Keeper Farmers Network, and to promote the territory, its environmental features, its gastronomical traditions, in order to realize a network including the Park's operators.
