From Amatrice, follow the signs of the previous itinerary up to Capricchia and the Sella (1,384m, 3 km from Capricchia) before the monument of the Sacred Heart. Go ahead on foot, still along the previous itinerary, up to the junction (1,599m, 0.45 hours) among the trails leading to Sella della Solagna and Mt. Gorzano.
