History
The quality of oil reflects the unique features of the production area and the skills of olive growers looking after their trees according to traditions handed down from generation to generation. The first evidences of the olive growing vocation in Abruzzi date back to the Roman period.
Current Production Area in the Park: It is produced on the slope of Gran Sasso in the Province of Pescara.
Description
Oil exclusively produced with the olive variety Carpinetana, characteristic of the area. It has a fruity fragrance and taste, with green almond features. It is ideal raw, anywhere you want to enhance taste.
Product Availability: Olive harvesting takes place in autumn, and the pressing is carried out after a few hours from the harvesting. It is for sale all year round, although in limited quantities.
