A traditional product of Regione Lazio, Monti della Laga Caciotta is a cheese made with mixed sheep and goat's milk (up to 30%), prepared with lamb curd. It has a cylindrical shape and an average weight going from 2 to 3 kg; soft texture with a straw yellow color; maturation lasting about 1 month, sweet or slightly salted taste.
